Tolland Town Council met Feb. 10, 2026. The council unanimously appointed Mary Rose DeBarrick and Shane Jackson to fill two vacant seats, heard an informational presentation on Connecticut's new automated traffic enforcement law and vendor proposals, received updates on a prepaid funeral-services fraud investigation and local contaminated well remediation efforts, and reviewed the town's clean FY2025 audit and quarterly finances.
