Adams County officials approved a multi-stage records-digitization contract with US Imaging to scan commissioner, auditor and surveyor records and authorized staff to start work while funding sources are finalized. The council also adopted a resolution to pay Board of Health members for qualifying meetings and approved job reclassifications and a one-time project stipend for an owner's representative on a potential courthouse project.
