At its Feb. 9, 2026 regular meeting, the Elkhorn Area School District board heard a student presentation and international exchange update, discussed a pulled charter expansion grant and a plan to spin off a 9–12 virtual charter to qualify for new grant funding, reviewed enrollment declines and state funding concerns, and approved routine minutes, bills, personnel actions and donations.
