Temecula City Council met Feb. 10, 2026. Council heard a presentation from Jacob's House, received a Riverside County Sheriff public safety report showing an increase in juvenile incidents, took public comment on a range of local topics including election integrity and monarch habitat, and voted 5-0 to introduce an ordinance lowering posted speeds on several corridors (Margarita Road, portions of Temecula Parkway and other segments).
