Bloomington Common Council met July 30, 2025. Council approved several code changes including wastewater and stormwater ordinance updates, adopted an appropriation ordinance for salary step adjustments, approved trialing an electronic public-comment sign-in, and after a hearing found the Union at Crescent property had made reasonable efforts toward tax-abatement requirements, preserving the abatement for now.
