Talbot County Council met in February 2026 for a regular meeting. The agenda included presentation of the county's first annual report, a proclamation for American Heart Month, introduction of a zoning bill to allow on-site cannabis growing, several procurement awards and contract renewals, and a multi-part culvert replacement project on Chapel Road that will require road closures and state aid requests.
