At the City of Hialeah Planning and Zoning Board meeting Feb. 11, 2026, the board approved the summary agenda and three separate applications to legalize existing, unpermitted residential additions and aluminum roof porches subject to conditions including required building permits and removal of artificial turf. The board also nominated and confirmed a vice chair and set follow-up dates for some permit finalizations.
