Arlington County staff described the Clark–Bell Street realignment in Crystal City, a roadway and bike-safety project that will join South Clark and South Bell Streets at 15th Street South, add a traffic signal, build a 10-foot multiuse trail between 12th and 18th Streets South, reconfigure 14th Street South to connect to Crystal Drive, and lay groundwork for a future park; construction is expected to be completed in 2027.
