City staff briefed the Shawnee council committee on the Hickok Zara TIF District’s land plan, infrastructure priorities and finances, describing Bristol Highlands as the near-term revenue engine and flagging major projects (K-7/75th interchange, Woodland extension, 75th extension) that would require large funding commitments and could change the TIF’s net position.
