Harpers Ferry Town Council voted to send a proposed zoning change on restaurants in the business district to the Planning Commission, approved several water-project contracts and grant-related actions, authorized parking enforcement mailer and other administrative measures, and heard updates on historic-preservation work, stormwater grant pursuit and cellular signal options.
