Mills City Council held a regular meeting with public comment on local historic preservation and event cancellations, approved three ordinances including formation of an appeals board, authorized write-offs of certain medical bills and authorized staff to appeal Medicaid/CMS payments, and recessed to executive session for a legal matter.
