The Village of Hartland board met to hear a legislative update from State Rep. Barbara Dietrich, approve routine minutes and payments, authorize several community events and permits, award a cross-connection inspection contract, review a conceptual downtown outdoor-dining plan tied to a $50,000 Vibrant Spaces grant application, set the hometown parade route and enter a closed session to discuss property sale and eminent-domain strategy.
