Marshall City Council held a regular meeting where members approved the South 5th Street reconstruction resolution, a five‑year street reconstruction plan and preliminary bond authorization, approved a tax‑abatement for park projects (including Legion Field) and accepted a state Merit Center grant agreement. Several routine consent items, plats, contract change orders and appointments were also adopted.
