The House Education Committee resumed Feb. 12 to take testimony on a draft school redistricting map introduced by the committee chair. Representatives of the Vermont School Boards Association praised the map's smaller district ranges compared with an earlier hybrid plan but urged more regional input, detailed cost analysis and a phased transition plan.
