Chair Beebe called the meeting to order at 9 a.m., welcomed new member Helen Moore and conducted roll call; members present included Chair Beebe, Miss Trammell, Miss Moore (new member), Mr. Steckety, Greg Watkins, Mr. Green, and Mr. Barrick.
The Historic and Architectural Preservation Board held its regular meeting Feb. 12, 2026, reviewing a certificate-of-architectural-compliance (CAC) application for a carport at 326 Pedro St., hearing a large pre-application for renovations at 408 Venesia Parkway, and receiving a state presentation on the Certified Local Government program and Secretary of the Interior standards. The board continued the Pedro Street CAC to March 12 to allow applicants to provide required drawings and details.
