Senate Transportation held a markup and walkthrough of a miscellaneous DMV bill, reviewing many sections including non-driver IDs, payment suspensions, license-plate appearance, Smuggler's Notch penalties, trailer taxation, mini-truck rules, inspection rulemaking, and several technical clarifications; the committee agreed to hold or refine several sections and return with revised language next week.
