City staff briefed the Mesa City Council on the city's water portfolio, backup supplies and contingency planning in advance of expected Colorado River operating guideline changes and potential cuts to CAP allocations; staff outlined current supplies, reuse and exchange programs, groundwater and long-term storage credits and potential future projects including Bartlett Dam and advanced purification.
