Madison Board of Aldermen held a regular meeting addressing appointments, public comments on downtown vacancies, a chamber presentation launching the Western Rockingham Alliance, approvals including fire light-rescue certification, parking code amendments and adoption of the Northern Piedmont Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan; several items passed unanimously and a public hearing on neighborhood parking was scheduled.
