The City of Tampa Charter Review Commission met to continue review of Articles 1–3 of the draft charter, heard public comment, debated council structure and residency rules, examined the roles of the city attorney and council attorney (including subpoena/investigation powers), and voted to allow limited remote participation and to inform city leadership of its procedural decision. The commission also voted to request that the city livestream and post meetings for transparency.
