The Gardena Planning Commission held a regular meeting and conducted public hearings on three land-use items: a private vehicle storage facility (Westside Collector Car Storage) at 1608–1612 W. 139th St., a new restaurant Vicki's Bubbly Cafe at 14782 Crenshaw Blvd seeking on-site beer and wine, and a three-unit townhouse condominium and tentative parcel map at 15903 Brighton Ave. All three items were approved; one vote was 3-1.
