San Francisco Ethics Commission held its regular meeting Feb. 13, 2026. The commission approved stipulated penalties in several enforcement matters, continued/withdrew one hearing pending settlement, moved to seek additional briefing and appointed a prehearing officer in the Cheryl Davis matter after defense counsel said a DA inquiry may be ongoing, and reviewed a proposed budget with recommended modest cuts and warnings about staffing risks.
