The Town of Oakland commission held its tentative FY2024–25 budget hearing, heard presentations on the general, enterprise and impact-fee budgets, reviewed payment and millage options related to an Orange County Fire Rescue municipal service taxing-unit increase, and approved motions to pay the county increase in full and to set tentative millage/budget and a final public hearing date.
