Day two of the National Council on Disability meeting focused on two major policy items: a planned NCD policy brief and RFI on disability clinical care and competency training for medical and allied health curricula, and a panel presentation of a research project documenting denials and due-process issues in Florida's iBudget HCBS waiver eligibility process. The council also received financial, legislative and media reports, approved the financial report, and presented an award to council member Neil Romano.
