Chair Amy Pyle called the meeting to order, conducted roll call (Amy Pyle, Gary Kalipulitz, Tom Caffrey, Helen Humphrey, William Betmore, Vernon, Laura Murphy, Tim were noted), and led the pledge of allegiance.
The Beachside Redevelopment Board met on Feb. 11, 2026, and spent substantial time on a police presentation proposing purchase of a Meridian vehicle mitigation system (estimated $416,401.37) and debated whether Beachside should match Midtown CRA's contribution. The board also approved a small architectural/preconstruction services contract, recommended several redevelopment grants, discussed the e‑zone master plan, and voted to recommend not purchasing the Cruising Cafe property after extended public and board debate.
