Fairport Harbor delivered a year-end State of the Village review covering public-safety staffing (including a new full‑time school resource officer), fire-department equipment upgrades, and multiple infrastructure projects: Chestnut Street storm/sanitary work, planned water-plant demolition and interconnection to Painesville, a new water tower, sundry road repaving, and a multiagency marina/breakwater effort.
