The San Francisco County Transportation Authority met on Feb. 10, 2026, approving multiple Prop L allocations including $21.04M for corridor and program investments, a $12.5M Prop L allocation to the Transbay Joint Powers Authority for the Portal (Downtown Rail Extension) engineering phase, adoption of several planning reports including the District 4 community shuttle study and Hayes Valley Public Life Study amendment, and accepted a clean audit for FY 2024–25.
