The meeting included a prolonged public-comment period in support of staff and student representatives, a multi-part LCAP presentation (goals 1'2) and an accompanying budget overview, and a board motion to send a proposed revision to student board bylaws (BP/Bylaw 91.50) to a governance workshop. Several procurement items (security cameras, an EdTech purchasing JPA and migration of BoardDocs to Diligent Community) were approved by unanimous votes.
