Joint meeting of the Maine Legislatures Joint Standing Committee on Energy, Utilities and Technology where the Department of Energy Resources presented reports on thermal energy networks (LD 1619) and a Home Energy Navigator/energy coach pilot design (LD 1967); members questioned DOER and voted to draft a committee bill for the resource-hub pilot.
