Public commenters urged the Cedar Falls City Council to hold a public hearing on nitrate levels in drinking water; the council approved several infrastructure projects, adopted Ordinance No. 3139 on third consideration, advanced an alcohol-in-public-places ordinance on first consideration, approved appointments and resolutions, and moved to an executive session on property acquisition.
