Hanover Borough Council held a regular meeting that included public comment critical of how some grants and appointments were handled, approval of a revised CDBG grant that reduced funding by $59,311, multiple easement approvals for transportation/stormwater projects, several construction change orders, committee reorganizations and the appointment of Lieutenant Joseph Bunty as acting police chief effective Feb. 4.
