The City of Gahanna Committee of the Whole met Feb. 9, 2026 to consider an annexation petition for roughly 7.6 acres on Johnstown Road, a move-in and operational update for 825 Tech Center Drive, and proposed revisions to the city procurement policy including the $250,000 council-approval threshold. Council asked staff to collect questions and return the procurement item to committee; the annexation was scheduled for first reading Feb. 16.
