A Senate committee voted to pass Senate Bill 353 as amended to establish a Kansas Railroad Hall of Fame, create a seven-member selection committee, and allow induction ceremonies at the Great Plains Transportation Museum; an amendment changing a required number of annual inductees to discretionary language was adopted.
