The Ross ADR (Architectural Design Review) meeting on April 16 reviewed two residential projects—124 Winding Way (stucco/siding replacement) and 51 Shady Lane (pool-house demolition, pool relocation and ADU/variance requests)—and recommended code language to allow in-kind siding replacements to be handled administratively. ADR members urged darker, earth-tone finishes for visual consistency and asked staff to draft code amendments after confirming Brown Act constraints for standing committees.
