The Nashua Zoning Board of Adjustment met on 2025-01-14 to hear seven regular cases including variances, special exceptions and an equitable waiver; the board approved applications for a barbershop conversion, driveway-width variance, wetland-buffer fence with conditions, a home-occupation bakery, an equitable waiver for a minor setback encroachment, and an accessory dwelling unit, and handled two rehearing requests (one suspended for further deliberation; one denied).
