The Committee on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions met Feb. 17, 2026, at the West Hawaii Civic Center and unanimously approved a resolution authorizing a revocable license for Kukini MacKay Association Incorporated to enter, landscape and maintain a portion of county right of way along Kukini Highway. Members noted an HPD email saying it had no comment but asked for the physical copy to be filed for the record.
