Crescent City Council heard a visitor-bureau marketing report, a police department call-for-service presentation, public comments on housing and local services, and debated several policy and budget items including a downtown affordable-housing amendment, a sign ordinance introduction (digital signs), an employee compensation package and related MOUs, art and park design contract changes, and a grant to buy a crisis/forensics response vehicle.
