The Fairport Harbor Village Council convened for routine business, heard annual reports from the Fairport Harbor Lighthouse & Marine Museum and the Finnish Heritage Museum, received several commendations for local first responders and staff, and heard a Civic Club announcement about its February 23 dinner. Council scheduled a special meeting for Feb. 24 to consider bids and amended appropriations; several routine procedural motions were approved.
