Lincoln County Planning Commission met to consider routine business, approve a conditional-use permit allowing NB Golf Cars to sell titled low-speed vehicles, elect 2026 officers, and hold extensive public input on proposed changes to building-eligibility transfers and a draft ordinance for non-accessory solar energy. Staff will redraft the solar and eligibility language and return next month for more public comment.
