The City of Lafayette Planning Commission on Feb. 17 approved a Phase 1 hillside development permit and lot-line adjustment for two Spring Hill Road parcels, clearing the project to advance to design review with conditions and a 14-day appeal period. Neighbors raised concerns about drainage, narrow private road access and staging; applicants and engineers said stormwater mitigation and road-repair protocols are planned.
