The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources opened hearings on two bills: HB 2633, which would raise the vendor service fee on Department of Wildlife and Parks licenses and stamps; and HB 21-14, a comprehensive update to dam/water-obstruction permitting, inspection, fee and penalty rules. Both items drew questions from members and stakeholders and will be worked further at upcoming meetings.
