An advisory board met to handle routine business including approving prior minutes, approving a $17,000 grant request for the Iron Thunder motorcycle run, and receiving staff updates on events, finances and training. Staff clarified that the “Home for the Holidays” payment had already been issued and reminded members about meeting procedures, attendance and an Open Meetings Law training scheduled March 25.
