Atlanta City Council met Feb. 16, 2026, adopted routine business and proclamations, heard more than two hours of public comment on diversion programs, West End development and school closures, approved several contracts including smart public restrooms, and held a committee-of-the-whole session to address recently revealed outside consulting work for a police-related referendum.
