The St. Louis City Board of Aldermen Personnel and Administration Committee met Jan. 22, 2026, voted to go into a closed session on personnel matters, and scheduled a series of upcoming meetings to address legislative assistant office time, staff salaries and comparisons to civil service, an employee handbook update, a constituent-management platform, and hiring interviews for an executive secretary.
