The St. Louis Board of Aldermen HUD Committee met to consider updates to the Prop NS stabilization program (board bills 87 and 125), and to terminate the Syndicate Trust community improvement district (board bill 127). The committee advanced all three bills out of committee with do-pass recommendations and heard public comment and technical questions about caps, inspections and tornado recovery implications.
