The Economic Development & Tourism Committee considered HB490, the Georgia Human Trafficking Prevention Training Act (which would require training for certain short-term rental hosts and third-party managers) and heard a presentation from music-industry representatives urging creation of a state music office and revival of music tax incentives to support venues, manufacturing and rehearsal activity across Georgia.
