Bonner County Ambulance Service District trustees met Feb. 18 to adopt the agenda, approve minutes and claims, review a first-quarter budget forecast and discuss financial-accountability concerns after about $2 million of district funds were used on county-owned facilities; the board asked legal and the clerk's office to help draft memoranda of understanding to clarify communications, payroll responsibilities and shared-billing processes.
