Fall River Traffic Commission heard neighborhood complaints about vans and buses operated from a Family Services property that residents say are blocking streets and sidewalks near Clinton Street and Saint Michael School; the commission approved multiple curb-cut requests, a school-related no-parking zone on Progress Street, several handicap-parking actions and tabled several neighborhood parking items for follow-up.
