Henry County commissioners met in Clinton for routine business, heard extended public comment on homelessness and downtown safety, received a Katy Trail State Parks presentation about crossing signs and trail safety, and heard a detailed sheriff's office report on arrests, trainings and jail population. Several administrative items (road-inventory clarification, a pending grant authorization and records-shredding logistics) were flagged for follow-up.
