City of DeBary council approved a three-year facility-use renewal with DeBary Babe Ruth and received a detailed update on pending Florida legislation that could affect local land-use authority, property-tax revenues and municipal transparency requirements. Staff also briefed the council on local infrastructure projects including a bridge repair, an Alexander Island entrance project, and quiet-zone work near the SunRail station.
