The Wyoming House convened for a full legislative day, heard messages from the Senate, received standing committee reports and then moved into an extended floor debate over a motion to postpone consideration of House Bill 141 before resolving into Committee of the Whole to consider and advance more than 30 bills across policy areas including elections, water, energy, public safety and health care-related measures.
